Zhengzhou Dengfeng Smelting Materials Co., Ltd (DFRL) was founded in 1985, with about 400 employees, and has been awarded as a provincial high-tech enterprise since 1995, and honours of Provincial Outstanding Private Science and Technology Enterprise and Provincial Outstanding Private Enterprise.

DFRL provides "Duck" brand aluminate cement series products, and has six rotary kiln production lines with preheaters, which are widely used in refractory materials, aerospace and aviation navigation and national defence key projects, non-ferrous metal smelting, chemical building materials, iron and steel refining, wastewater treatment and other industries. And the products cover whole China and overseas as well, such as the United States, Russia, Europe, Australia, Africa, Japan, Korea.

In 1992, DFRL set up a technology research and development centre, and has developed new products such as early-strength and high-strength calcium aluminate cement, calcium aluminate cleaner for steelmaking, high-strength refractory concrete for rocket launching pad deflector channel, and fast repair materials for military airport, etc., which have been awarded with Science and Technology Progress Prize for many times and have a number of patents.

DFRL persistently strengthens the research, development and application of new products, new materials and new technologies, and proactively promotes digital and intelligent construction so as to establish a benchmark for intelligent manufacturing and propel the intelligent upgrading of factories while comprehensively improving the operation management.
